Very good

This wonderful country hotel is recently built and offers comfortable secluded accomodation in an otherwise busy city. Rooms are built in small units on the side of a small valley, on the opposite side is the restaurant complex and beyond that a pool and small terraced garden with views of the Deli river. The staff are extremely helpfull and friendly, the food was excellent and if you needed it there is a convenience store nearby with atm. This hotel provides an excellent oportunity to escape...

We used it for convenience for a flight - so could put up with inevitable tannoy announcements & early/late night corridor noises - location for check-in VERY convenient. Breakfast selection ok. Food options in airport - so also convenient

Brilliant....absolutely spot on for an airport stop over. Or longer.

Friendly staff, location and green environment

A very pleasant stay. The staff are very polite and helpful. Always greeted with a smile. If you needed anything, they would go out if their way to accommodate.Amenities are plenty full. Food choices were abundant. Something available for all tastes. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Really beautiful place to stay.... give yourself at least 2 nights so that you can really explore the hotel and it surroundings...

My son and I stayed here, while visiting Berastagi. Location was perfect, as we were planning to climb the volcano, which was very close by. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The building and decor was serene and very aesthetically pleasing. The place was clean. The views of the mountains and volcano from the rooftop were marvellous. And the geothermal pool was an added bonus. I'd thoroughly recommend!

Beautiful clean, lovely views of the lake. hotel is new and very well kept. Excellent service, sweet staff!

Nice hotel and not too far from the city. Brand new hotel but the drain in the bathroom clogs and there's a smell coming from it. Overall it was okay, room is clean and comfy. Beware of the late night call (11pm on weekdays) from the receptionist about their brand new massage package, you never know what they mean by that.

Great staff in all departments. Check in fastand efficient. Room service and cleaning great. Staff at Rooftop bar very friendly and professional..particular mention for Indri who made me feel very wecome.

Property is located at city centre and close to airport train. If there is things to improve will be clealiness of the room. Thanks
