"I would say average hotel."

"I and my friends stayed at Mecure Singapore on Steven for 5 nights (02 rooms), generally it was nice, infinity pool very nice, staff friendly and hotel is very clean. The only thing I would like to give my suggestion is hotel room should have Lotion! Every hotel I have been stayed: Sheraton, Grant Hyatt, Marriot in San Diego, or Fairmont in Quebec City, or even small hotel in saigon, they did all have lotion, except Mecure.... it was a bit pity. Hopefully next time when I come back, your hotel...

"The staff were very friendly and responsive and my room (and bed) were very comfortable. The breakfast was really good with much to choose from and everything was good quality. Despite how busy it was for breakfast, the layout helped to keep from feeling crowded and there were many quiet places to sit."

"The hotel is well located with most attractions close by. The staff are friendly & the rooms are nicely decorated. The breakfast buffet is great, with lots of choice which differs slightly from day to day. For a 5 star, I expect the finishes to be stylish & something I would want to have in my own home but the furniture in the main section of the Food Capital restaurant where breakfast was served daily was cheap looking, canteen style furniture & this totally ruined the atmosphere & experience....

"everything was great except the shampoo was almost empty. Since it was not our shampoo, we had no idea how thick it was supposed to be. All we knew was that it won't froth. It turned out there was almost no shampoo and it was just diluted with water. That was a huge disappointment."
