"Everything was amazing. The front staff when we checked in were so nice and welcoming, the cashier for the restaurant waa so nice and funny. The worst customer service and made the whole thing bad brought down stars is the waiter with the long hair saturday morning 3/14/26. He was rude unprofessional unwelcoming and had an attitude for everything. It wasn't just us we noticed him being rude to other tables. We had other people around us suprised and shocked by his behavior that we even shared...

"Staff was helpful and efficient at check in. I did not believe we booked a handicap room but t that was what was left. It’s not all that accommodating if you don’t need an accessible features.
Location is right off I-40. There’s a bit of noise bleed from noise on the floor above. Breakfast choices were good and food quality better than most free breakfast hotels offer. I thought the room pretty much met the price level."

"Older hotel that desperately needs an update. It was clean and a place to sleep. Continental breakfast. Got breakfast at a separate location. On a scale of one to ten I would rate it at five."

"Wonderful hotel for a short stay. Very restful. A great place to stay to get away for the stress of everyday life. Not a lot to do in Winslow. However, there are national parks in the area. The hotel sits next to railroad tracks. In fact it's an AMTRACK station. If you don't like the sound of trains, book a room towareds the frount of the hotel."
