The outlets by beds were not working. The remote control for the TV was not working, the staff replaced the battery. The smoke detector was indicating that the battery was low."

"The property was ok, breakfast was good. Property is starting to show its age. Burnt out light bulbs, leaking faucets, paint pealing. The front desk people: they screwed up our requests, I use a cane and my wife is waiting for knee surgery so we messaged for a main floor room, no reply. I called 2 days ahead of time to confirm the request and was reassured we have a main floor pet room but upon check in that was not the case.
