"Location was perfect. Was in town for a concert and couldn’t have picked a better location. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Only draw back was they didn’t have a shuttle. But that’s minimal. Didn’t attend the waterpark due to timing. Have heard many positive remarks about the facility and waterpark. "

"Pet friendly, large and clean rooms, friendly staff and a decent breakfast. It's a good place to stay for the price. A little hard to get to, you go thru a restaurant parking lot. "

"Nice place, but not much to do in the area as it was connected to the convention center where nothing was going on. Walking distance to Dan Gable Museum. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. It was nice and quiet until some very loud people moved in next door. We called the front desk and they handled it immediately with no problems after. Good breakfast. Pay parking in parking garage across the street."

"Right next to sporting goods store. Casino is 10 minutes to the Mississippi River. Restaurant onsite but we went downtown. Pool for big folks and a splash pool 6"to 12" deep for the wee ones. There is also a waterslide and a hotub with a waterfall. All of this is inside which means no Mosquitoes!"

"Charming little motel. Clean rooms, comfy bed and stocked with soap and shampoo etc. We felt safe, dead bolts, code locks and well lit at night. View was amazing. If I ever need to return to Iowa I would not hesitate to stay here again. Staff was helpful and friendly. Felt like a cabin not a motel (we were in the King and Queen Suite) "
