"Staff was friendly and helpful. Room good. Complimentary cider, popcorn, and smores were good. (Had to make the smores in the microwave, though, because of fire restrictions.) The cover photo is a bit misleading; it shows a lake view and apparently the only lake view is from the second floor on one side of the hotel, so if you're in the other 3/4 of the hotel, no lake view for you."

"The first thing I noticed is how genuinely friendly and welcoming the front desk staff is. They really know what they are doing, they were helpful, and smiled a lot. It was excellent hospitality! My room was very clean, and it had some special touches that made my day. Parking was easy despite the place being fully booked. I was very impressed with this place."

"Overall it was a clean hotel. Grounds and landscaping need a lot of TLC. Pool was closed for repairs. Entrance on south end of building was not secured. Was unlocked 24/7 and should be restricted to guests with keycard. Staff was friendly and helpful. I had to get my keycard rekeyed twice in three days because my room locked and I couldn’t get into the room. Coffee and complimentary breakfast was good. Nice selection of food."

"The water in my hotel room had visible sediment and significant discoloration for all three days. The staff initially dismissed it as harmless, but another staff member later admitted it was much worse than usual. While the room was clean, the building was old and noisy, and the staff’s overall response was not helpful. They continued to take reservations without addressing the water issue, which was disappointing and unprofessional."

"Great place to stay but the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Clean comfortable rooms with larger refrigerator than the usual. Overall, a nice place."
