"Called night clerk on phone from pool area to say no pool towels were available She would not come or send anyone to replace. My grandchildren were soaking wet, and I could not leave them unattended. Numerous other patrons had the same complaint regarding no towels."

"This property was a pleasant surprise! Super clean, nice, friendly staff and a good breakfast. Spoke to the head housekeeper and she gets down on her hands and knees to clean the bathroom!! My husband liked the bed really well. I took one star off for amenities because breakfast started at 7 am vs 6 am. However, the woman putting together breakfast did get it out early and let us in. Definitely will stay here again when we are in the area."

"The property was new so everything was in good shape. I would say that we were on the first floor and there was a bit of a damp smell. Everything else was really nice. Also, it was right off the interstate so it was easy to get to. It was in a bit of an industrial area but that didn’t bother us. Downtown was easily accessible."

"It was clean, well outfitted, easy to find with easy highway access, great staff and i felt safe. When I say clean, the towels were clean, the bathroom was clean, the linens were clean, the details were attended to. We had a lovely evening."

"The room was cozy and clean and the bathroom spacious. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast had real sausage! Wish the warming trays were working, as thr omelets and sausage were cold, but they also served good fruit. Would stay here again!"

"Welcoming check in late at night. We were put in a handicap room when I booked a regular room. The shower curtain was tucked behind grab bars- and flung out still wet from prior use. Bathroom floor got wet from flimsy shower curtain and limited towels are provided. Room had kitchenette, did not have a chance to use amenities or breakfast bar but seemed to have a little of everything."
