"The location was beautiful. But the house was very dirty and in need of much repair. The water smelled like poop. The toilet in our room was filled with waste. The ceiling downstairs right by the kitchen had a huge hole and pipes exposed. The front door was broken and needed much repair. The patio out back was filthy the kitchen a complete mess with dishes stacked in the sink. They had cats and dogs in the house and while I was eating a cat jumped up in my lap. "Wonderful bed and breakfast! Denny and his helper were so friendly and fun. Good breakfast and great conversation at the table. Our room was on the 2nd floor. This bed & breakfast is in a beautiful, old historic home with stairs, just FYI. We recommend !!"

"Cheryl did a wonderful job accommodating my gluten and dairy allergies! It was so nice to be able to actually eat the breakfast that she so carefully prepared. Jim was great about checking on us! They gave great recommendations for our Bourbon Trail experience. The property is lovely and comfortable!"

"Carol fixed us delicious, variety-filled breakfasts. We were in a group of 6 and able to visit outside around a fire, on a porch or inside in large comfortable sitting rooms."

"A very unique place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. I was able to park on the street in front of the inn most of the time. But one day the parking lot was full and I had to park across the street and thru a stop light. We enjoyed our stay. Carpets need to be replaced or cleaned."
