The staff are exceptional here! So grateful for the extra attention we got for it being our engagement trip. The room was super clean, cosy and a short walk away from the centre. We love walking so it was perfect to access everything on foot! Joes Tequila Bar in the hotel is excellent. Brilliant Margaritas! Will stay again next time!

Great location as easy walk into town

This hotel is really excellent- the staff without exception were superb and so helpful. The valet guy Eric was super efficient and check in was smooth and professional also. Fantastic room- we heard no noise and the bed was amazing- I’d definitely recommend!

The hotel staff were so kind and couldn’t do enough to help us. The hotel is conveniently located in Taos and is a very relaxing place to stay. We would recommend this hotel as a 10 out of 10.

Great experience at a hotel full of character, very well located in the centre of Santa Fe.

This is a little gem. From our greeting to the moment we left it was almost perfect. The breakfast bag was much appreciated and the room was lovely with thoughtful little touches like the Hershey kisses and the tiny bath duck. I’m sorry we don’t bring our eye masks as the blind was not very good. But apart from that it was excellent. I would highly recommend.

Good property with very good room.

Overall very good but plumbing was noisy. If neighbours used shower or bathroom the noise was very loud. Also, cleaning staff start very early and were noisy (singing!) before 6.45am

This is a fabulous hotel. A very warm welcome and utterly silent room which was enormous and very comfy. Bed was extremely supportive. Everything clean and just perfect. Breakfast was self serve and delicious. We're so glad we stayed...slept soundly!

All round very nice.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for eight days whilst visiting our family in the area. We appreciated; the quietness of the location and the hotel itself; the cleanliness and comfort of our room; and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The breakfast buffet offered a wide choice of items including a number of healthy options. Even before some foods ran out, they were re-stocked. The coffee jugs providing coffee 24/7 were regularly topped up so coffee was always hot.
