"Such a nice lodge close to the mountains! The room was clean and spacious, the hot tub and pool were very nice and the breakfast was delicious."

"Was unable to make my reservation when my flight was cancelled. Asked about a refund. Was told no. Also, they have no airport shuttle. When I had asked about switching to another Marriott property in the area that did have one since I was now going to arrive after the car rental counter closed, ........again told no. I'll find somewhere else to stay next time.A little understanding and compassion for a situation out of my control would've gone a long way!"

"The property was a good stop over on our way to Quebec. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. One elevator made leaving a little trying. We were on the second floor. Would recommend staying on the third floor as the footsteps of the guests above us were disturbing. Breakfast was included in our room rate. Would not suggest spending the $16/pp if it is not included. Eggs were watery, the eggs, bacon and sausage were cold. There were hot plates to keep the food warm, but they...

"Very clean and accessible"

"The positives: The rooms and the property were immaculately clean and well-kept and the choice of pools (indoor and outdoor) was a nice amenity. The negatives: Booking through Expedia incurred a $10 fee that was unexpected and the hotel staff did a mediocre job explaining the rationale for that charge. Being a culinary resort, I expected more treats included for guests and if not free breakfast, then at least a meal subsidy at one of the onsite eateries. All in all, it’s a nice, quiet place...
