"I have been staying here for a number of years. This is a renovated motel that has gone through a lot of upgrades and improvements. It's one of the best places to stay on R15 in the area. It is not high end and should not be judged that way. That said it's been a great place to stay over the years. Excellent value. There will be traffic noise as should be expected. "As others have commented, the appearance is of an old-style motel, but it's exceptionally well-maintained and clean, plus super affordable! My room was very large, with two supremely comfortable double beds, a round dining table for two, a desk, microwave, and fridge, and even with all that, there was plenty of open space. Luggage rack included, and I appreciated being able to park right in front of the room and having therefore to move the luggage only a very short distance."
