"This place isn't clean and has ROACHES! A supposedly "smoke free" room, was not at that at all! I DID NOT STAY AFTER CHECKING IN!! I WENT ACROSS THE STREET TO A DIFFERENT HOTEL. This was all with my family, late at night ( very close to midnight)!! "

"The staff at the property was excellent from the front desk to the people that took care of the rooms. We had fresh linen every day. Our trash was emptied. That was excellent. The property is old. It needs help. It’s in such poor shape even the elevator didn’t work one day for sometime it just needs to be updated from the AC system to the carpeting in the hallways. It’s a very poor condition the bathroom tiles, the grout, the caulking toilet leak the whole time not on the floor but internally,...

"This hotel had remodeling being done right outside the window of our room starting at 7:00 am. It was very loud and workers were literally right next to our window. When we checked in nobody informed us that repairs were scheduled for the area directly outside the our hotel room. If they had we would’ve made a different choice about staying there."
