"Friendly staff. The hotel was older, I think building the 80’s. But our Artist mural room was so interesting. Our room faced the highway which was a bit noisy. But
not too bad."
"This is a really cool place. Iconic, historic, kitschy. The rooms are nice, but the bathrooms are crazy small. Regardless of that, I loved this place. The elevator is an old manual unit, the doors to the rooms have actual keys! There are autographed photos of old Hollywood elites everywhere.
I really would have liked to have a microwave in the room, but I understand that there are space constraints, after all, the hotel was built in the 1930’s.
It’s just a totally unique place and I loved it."
"This hotel is a true gem! It offers a convenient location when traveling between the Four Corners area and Albuquerque, along with spacious, clean rooms. There are multiple restaurants on site and entertainment options for the whole family.
The front desk staff consistently go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. Special mention goes to Bobbie—she is always extremely helpful and friendly. She makes us feel genuinely welcome every time we visit and is a true asset to the Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel."
"As a business traveler I would rate Arrive in a lower score, perhaps negative.
When I selected Arrive thru Hotels.com I chose, Pay at Property, but that did NOT happen. My arrival and first night was April 21st.
The 1st payment on my credit card was the 19th for $114.28.
The 2nd payment was on the day of my arrival, 21st for $271.28.
The 3rd payment was on the was on the same day for $100.00
The total was correct as promised $485.56
This payment process made no sense to me and makes for unnecessarily complicated accounting. More importantly, I like things to take place as I was promised.
Furthermore, when I asked for a receipt, your desk clerk gave me hard time, telling me that I already had a receipt thru Hotels.com but that is only true if you pay them in advance, not at the hotel.
There was no mention that I would have to pay a valet service to park my car each night for $25,"
"My stay was fantastic. I was in town for a business trip, and the experience exceeded expectations. The staff was exceptional, with special thanks to Noah and Chelsea, who truly stood out. Noah was incredibly warm and welcoming, always greeting me as I came and went, and he offered great recommendations for exploring the city. He’s a real asset to the hotel. Chelsea made each morning brighter as our barista. She’s genuinely kind and a pleasure to interact with.
The room was spacious, clean, and nicely updated, with great views, especially from the fifth floor rooftop bar. Beds were comfy and I slept great. The hotel is conveniently located near the Sawmill, which features a huge selection of upscale food court options and live music. It’s also within walking distance of several museums, and I felt safe throughout my stay.
Although I didn’t get a chance to use the pool or spa, other guests spoke highly of them. I would absolutely recommend staying here and plan to return on future trips."
"I was especially happy with my room. It was larger than I expected, clean, and very comfortable. The lobby area was comfortable, with plenty of seating. I would recommend this hotel."
