"The room was clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Staff went out of their way to help us.
There is a free shuttle to the port if cruising. And they also will shuttle you back to the hotel from Port and hold your luggage if your plane or other travel plans aren't till later in the day so you can explore the area.
It is located on a main roadway so there was road noise outside the city view room. But it did not affect our stay.

"Great boutique hotel in the heart of downtown St. Pete. Had a little birthday pool party there. Don’t bother bringing ANY food or drink by the pool, including water. They have free water at the bar but they won’t let you bring in your own water. Also, apparently there’s a pool server. No one told us that so when we ordered from the bar a server came over and was very openly annoyed that neither the bar staff or the hostess let us know to order through her. Overall though, a great time!"

"The hotel is under construction and for the a major renovation they are doing great. The issue I have with this place is the staff is rude from the GM down to front desk except Trevor. He went above and beyond and showed exceptional hospitality skills.
They have a deposit policy that is borderline criminal. Upon check in the have a sign for $150 deposit. The room was $47 on Expedia. They ended up just charging $100. I extended my stay by paying for an additional day through Expedia the night...

"Hotel had some positives & a few negatives.
Positives:
Check-in = easy & awesome. Free parking too!
Room = clean & spacious. 2 separate rooms with a door.
Mini fridge, microwave & access to an ice maker that produced plenty of ice.
We had privacy the entire time we were there as neither room beside us was utilized. We did purchase some spray for the rooms as they smelled a little musty, but the spray did the trick.
Shower pressure = not the best, but reasonable.
Bed = soft & resulted in...
