Night Shuttle driver never helped us with our luggage. Night Shuttle driver was crazy. Didn’t understand him. Asked if this was our hotel and he said no and got pissed off because he had to go back then drove crazy to get us there. Wonder we never had whiplash. Front staff were nice. "This is a lovely hotel, however parking can be an issue. Especially at night if you are doing something, the parking lot is small and full. Bathrooms could be updated but otherwise this is a good hotel and a good price in comparison to other hotels in the area."
