"Checkin process was quick and easy.
My Club room was on the 2nd floor and was clean, tidy and comfy. The temperature in the room was quite warm, mostly due to the sunny summer weather.
Although a small fan was in the room this didnt make much difference and unfortunately the window was only about to open about 20mm, meaning there was no chance of any breeze or fresh air entering the room."
"We were staying in Nottingham for a graduation so the hotel was perfectly located on the campus. Our room was clean, and comfortable with a large bed with lovely, white, ironed bedding. In the morning we had a very nice breakfast in the dining room. Despite being very busy, the staff were friendly and efficient."
"The room and facilities were spotlessly clean and well maintained andthestaffwereveryfriendlyandhelpful, we had evening meal in the restaurant and the food was tasty and nice and hot.
The only thing that would really benefit the hotel is air conditioning but the windows did open for fresh air and a fan was provided in the room.
All in all an excellent stay."
