Capsule Hotels in Nyamagabe

My experience was slightly affected by the fact that I stayed in low season, and at a time when there was political instability along the border with DRC nearby. Hence I was the only guest for most of my time at the hotel which generated a slightly odd feeling. However, the suite I was allocated to was absolutely beautiful, incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean. The view from the balcony of each cabin is to die for!!! The staff extremely friendly! Food in the restaurelant limited but tasty and very reasonably priced. Now the bad news. Inside the cabins everything is so tired to say the least.The electric sockets practically hanging out. The shower so small you can hardly turn round ( and i am a slim guy). It looks to me like the owner is giving up on it... Such a shame as i really wanted to give high rating...

The staff were wonderful, the food was delicious, and the hotel is right beside Lake Kivu. The chef even prepared food based on some dietary issues I had. In brief, I could not ask for a better stay. Kudos to all the kind and hardworking people working at this hotel

Waking up to the views of Lake Kivu were amazing the food and the staff were fantastic! Margret and her team were very friendly, attentive and catered to our needs. The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures.online. Can’t wait to go back- Would highly recommend .
