"This hotel needs remodeled!! It's in such poor shape! The breakfast food was horrible. It use to be so good! I will say say Jackie, Ashley and Jessica was wonderful!! Great staff! The 2nd shift lady (Sherry) was so rude! She definitely dont need to be in this line of work!"

"let me start by saying the front desk staff was great! Room was dirty.. crumbs in the sofa bed.. like a lot of crumbs.. sticky stuff all over floor in kitchenette area, dust everywhere.. hair and what looked like crumbs in the shower.. sticky stuff in and on fridge. oil all up inside of washing machines and dryers downstairs.. only 1 washing machine worked btw.. Breakfast was ok.. eggs were like yellow colored styrofoam but the rest was ok. free hotel breakfast so.. cant complain too much.....

"Disappointing in most ways. Had to get my key reset several times. The hairdryer was broken and the bathtub looked very worn. No in room safe. When I called the front desk, the cord for the handset was frayed and barely useable. The onsite laundry was available but the laundry detergent dispenser was jammed. The side door was not secure at any time of day or night, the automatic lock didn’t work. The staff did the bare minimum and was outside smoking most of the time. Breakfast selection was...

"Maid left our door open, we had items taken and have had zero follow up from the hotel nearly 4 days later. When reported to the front desk staff, she was rude and unhelpful- seemed to care O%. I have had to email and call corporate to even find out what the policy is for this. Terrible customer service from the front desk- had she handled things better and shown any concern for over 2k in missing property, I’d not have been as mad. "The staff was absolutely wonderful! They were extremely helpful at all times and treated me like family. I was on a business trip to help recover our local site from the devastating flooding that had occurred recently but had only packed enough clothes for three days. They were able to launder everything for me so I didn’t have to wear dirty clothes for the rest of my trip. The only disappointment was that I did not have time to use the pool. "This place was absolutely freaking horrible. I've never walked into and out of a room so quickly. After i made my way through the crowd of crackheads on the stairway, i was able to enter my room. AC wasnt plugged in. When I bent over to plug it in, I saw the mold. It was so thick in the AC that it looked like moss on an enchanted forest hike. "Very quiet and peaceful. Very friendly staff."

"Hotel appearance filthy. Felt very unsafe there. Literally laid towels on room floor instead of being barefoot on carpet. Smelled pot in hallway as I was walking to room. Outer doors were propped open with rocks. Holes in hallway walls. Outside stairs were overgrown with tree branches hanging over and unsafe. Steps to outside entrance needed swept. All in all I would never recommend staying at this hotel."
