"We have stayed here before and had a great experience. This time our first room had a smoke smell to it so I went back to the front desk and they immediately switched our room, no questions asked. Hotel Riu Plaza Fisherman's Wharf
"The room was very clean, but didn't really have a view. The location was perfect for walking to Pier 39, China Town, etc. This more than made up for the lack of a 24 hour coffee/tea/water bar that we have been accustomed to in all of our travel from Peru to Egypt."

"Amazing Hotel really close to the embarcadero. This hotel is located in the financial district between the places to visit. Staff was great like always and there's lots of parking nearby. Room was clean and air conditioning was amazing."
