The hotel was lovely and situated in a quiet, beautiful spot. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were simple, yet comfortable and clean. I'm used to a more substantial breakfast coming from the UK, but it was adequate and healthy. I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely stuff, great food, the location was amazing!

The staff were very warm and friendly, I really enjoyed the stay there, it is also situated very close to the bus station.

Lovely hotel, clean, helpful staff on the outskirts of Basel. We stayed here as it was next to the waterpark which we used and if you book through reception you do get a discount on your booking. The Basel Card is a amazing if you plan to visit the centre of Basel with regular trains and trams to the city centre from Prattln, although the station is 10 minutes walk away. I believe it would help greatly if there were menu's to both the restaurant and bar. We didn't use either as we didn't know...

Fantastic modern designed hotel. Cannot fault anything. Great gym. Delicious food in a beautiful restaurant. Not forgetting a stunning modern bedroom with huge tv and balcony. Highly recommended

Large room needs a little updating in the bathroom ,furniture and curtains to. No air-conditioning in the room , but gave us to fans after a very hot day travelling to the accommodation . Breakfast was basic and was not refilled when busy , first thing in the morning when you expected it .

A wonderful hotel in a quiet, picturesque town. Excellently located for walks in the hills, just a couple minutes walk to the tram station and plenty of shops/cafés nearby. The room was clean and spacious with coffee machine and fridge. Staff were lovely and very helpful with organising guest pass and explaining how to access the hotel after hours. I would definitely stay here again should I return to Basel.

Really loved our time at the hotel. It's literally just next to the spa so you can walk over in your bathrobe! Spa is amazing and very relaxing, not too busy and with lots of different pools and saunas. It's open until 10pm so even after a busy day away you can still jump into the pool when you get back! Reception ladies were really lovely and helpful. Room was quite basic but very clean and had everything we needed. There was not a fridge but we asked for one and it was provided same day. Bad...

Did what it said on the tin. Absolutely spotless, great spa facilities, pool was quiet and exceptionally clean. Three different saunas, we had two rooms as we wee visiting with teenage children, they were the only children in the hotel at the time, definitely more adult orientated but the staff were friendly and welcoming. Restaurant was pricey - we’d onky booked breakfast initially, and an evening meal cost £130 euros for four meals (no deserts or starters) and two soft drinks and some wine...

The property has a spa which you have access to all the time.the staff a super amazing and also welcoming, even when you check out you can still use the spa on the sale day. Thet upgrades me to a suite and I was so relaxed at the end of my stay I've booked another stay next year with my mum. It is located by the Limit river so you fall asleep to the flow of the water.

We had a famtastic stay here for a christmas weekend. 5 minuite walk to the Christmas markets if you prefer to use public transport, it is everywhere and free with the basel card receltion give you. The room.was perfect, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing that annoyed us (and complete miscommunication due to the lack of door signs) was out Sunday morning lay in was distrubred by the cleaners...but tbei is because the right sign for the door was not avaliable in...

This property is located on the border , which makes it perfect if you wanna stay in budget and plan to visit Switzerland. All trams and buses are near this location. 100% would recommend it.
