"We have seen this place go from an old beat up motel to what it is today. The motel is very unique it has themed rooms and a very well thought out business model. They os no front desk, you get a code email to you and you check in thats iit, super easy and very convenient. Our room was huge we even had a pool table in the kitchen area. Big back patio. "Staff was really nice and helpful. However, I rented a two queen bed suite, but unfortunately, they had to move us to a one queen with a pullout sofa. The queen bed wasn’t so bad but the sofa bed was a complete joke. The mattress pad was so filthy we had to take it off. The mattress was so worn out there was just no padding left in . The couch was just completely worn out stained even had dry blood on the cushions. I can’t believe they can’t even replace the mattress pad in the pullout sofa bed....

"Breakfast is nice and clean. Coffee is good. The staff is excellent! The only minor issue was a bit of dust in the room that triggered my allergies, but it was easily managed with Zyrtec and didn’t ruin the stay. Overall, I would go back and stay there!"

"Where do I even begin? The room itself was poorly cleaned. The refrigerator has drinks left over from a previous guest and there was a long pubic hair in the batbroom sink. Air conditioner was broken so the room got very hot as the windows faced the sun. Couldn't even open the windows as there was no screen and bugs flew in. We had service animals and the manager on duty was trying to fight us tooth and nail in charging us the pet fee which is illegal for service animals. We ended up...

"The pool was sparkling clean and they had a great hot tub. Unit had a full kitchen, large living room with a dining room table that had a patio door right out to the pool area, and a separate bedroom. Considering it was a last minute booking, and choices are slim in Ocean Shores I feel I really lucked out!"

"We enjoyed how comfortable the bed was we enjoyed the free breakfast which consisted of eggs sauces biscuits and gravy bagels with cream cheese we love that there was free coffee although the coffee was not hot but we still drank it. We enjoyed the pool in the hot tub that was lovely."

"Easy access to the beach, close to town but far enough away to make super quiet. Everything you need for a great getaway."

"Excellent. Super clean, recently refreshed with what appear to be new appliances and plumbing fixtures. Real live person on the end of the phone when i had a question about our checkin; friendly and helpful. Checkin was easy and without issue. I'd like to point out that the unit has a tankless hot water heater so there is plenty of hot water for that soaking tub."

"It was a very nice and clean property. I nice trail to walk to the ocean. Staff was nice. The bed was to firm for me. I think they should invest in better mattresses. I couldn't stay there again do to the firm mattress. If the bed was more comfortable I love to stay there again."
