The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring Okayama. For the price, the quality of the accommodation exceeded my expectations. "Great location. Yummy breakfast, central to shopping. We got a car and parking is a bit pricy at 850 per night and no flexibility of going in and out during the day. On second thought, should have returned the car before staying in the hotel. Otherwise everything is perfect with the hotel. Will definitely stay there again."

"The staff was helpful and kind right as we entered the lobby. When for a recommendations for dinner they not only made reservations on our behalf, they wanted to make sure we got there and went out of their way to give us a photo of the place and drew a detailed map for us. The onsen was wonderfull. They had everything one could wish for. 3 bathes: outdoorish, indoor hot and indoor cold. They had all the creams and soaps one could need. The free ice cream at the end of the onsen was the cherry on top. A great free washing machine."
