"Very difficult to get to. Must drive thru shopping mall parking lot or a back alley. Parking was very limited. Had to park along grassy edge of lot because they ran out of parking in the very small lot."

"The room was outdated, worn, felt dark. The bathroom was not clean, moldy. I had to have someone come clean it. They did respond quickly with someone to clean, but there was some mold discoloration even after cleaning. Phone was dirty. Breakfast looked ok, but I didn't try it. Went to Dunkin because I was not confident about cleanliness."

"I got to the property very run down clutter all over the outside . Roof falling off out front . There was no one at the desk to check me in when I arrived around 11:30 pm . I walked out and never even stayed because there was nobody to check me in. Expedia needs to do a better job at monitoring the buildings they promote for people to stay in. A waste of money ."

"My room was clean and did not have any odor like some hotel do when you turn on the hvac unit. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The staff was polite and helpful."

"The welcoming staff was very nice. But unfortunately he wasn’t properly supported. When we came in, our room was not ready. He excused himself saying that he wanted to check if my room was ok and he came back 20 minutes later and gave me the keys profusely apologizing and he heard it from me. After we reached our room he called and asked if everything was okay. The room was good. I can only assume what I experienced is a failure of property management. Good people are hard to come by- so support...

"I loved my stay here. It was only one night, but I will absolutely stay there again if I’m in the area. The room was basic, but cute and incredibly clean. I honestly think this was the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom as well, and there is almost always something icky in any hotel bathroom. The bed? Oh my gosh - SO comfortable. Part of what made it that way (besides the perfect mattress) was the soft, printed cotton sheets that felt like your favorite worn sheets at home -...

"My family stayed for one night while we were in Pittsburgh for a concert. We were able to park close to the entry, which was convenient. Check in was quick and easy and the staff were friendly. The room was reasonably clean, though showed some minor signs of wear/age. The bath products were lovely, with a gentle, pleasant scent that didn’t feel overpowering. We enjoyed a quiet stay and had the breakfast in the morning, which was decent. I would stay here again."

"I enjoyed my stay. Only complaint would be that I paid about triple the usual rate due to a large group occupying many of the rooms. My dates were not flexible as I was visiting Children's Hospital for an appointment. That aside, the entire experience was pleasant. The facility was nice and the staff was friendly, especially Jesse at the front desk and another lady who appeared to be a lobby attendant of sorts."

"First room got smell like a ashtray an smoke got moved to another room the couch had a big noticeable dark stain on the seat pillows looked old they were brown mattress had dark stains on them duvet cover had a bunch of brown stains on them sheets have brown stains floor was not vacuumed thoroughly there was Crumbs from the previous guess we had to buy a candle to make the room smell decent you get what you pay."
