"The property is a heritage building restored to perfection. The location is excellent, in the middle of old San Juan. The restaurant was excellent. There is smallish rooftop pool with a separate Jacuzzi. The pool side serves free coffee and hot water in the mornings and wine and cheese in the afternoons. The property itself is gorgeous and restored to perfection. Would love to come back and stay again. "

"Great location and our 10 yr old granddaughter loved the small rooftop pool with views over Old San Juan. The staff was excellent and the attached bar was very nice. Only comments for improvement would be: no paper towels and toilet paper in guest bath downstairs off the lobby, very slow elevator, had to ask for sheets etc for pull-out sofa and the wonderful rooftop pool could use some tile repair. None deal breakers though. We loved it! Marta, Alfredo, Maria and the other staff were FANTASTIC...
