We had to have someone show us how to hold the card key on the reader while, at the same time, pushing in and firmly pulling the door handle out to get it to release. The room numbers were so dark indicating which room was which that coming into the building from the outside, my eyes couldn't adjust fast enough to read the room numbers, which was quite inconvenient. "This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The front desk staff member was welcoming and very thorough during my check-in and check-out. She covered everything I needed to know. I had an excellent room. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast room was the most spacious I've ever seen. Lots of tables. They even have an outdoor patio as another location for eating breakfast, or just hanging out overlooking a river."
