The reception team were very helpful with cases and taxis, the hotel was spotless, breakfast was great. The room and bathroom was spacious. Well situated in the centre, wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Lovely little hotel. Clean room and well air conditioned. Convenient for being right in town. We didn’t use the hotel dining facilities. The gym was very hot with no ventilation but we were there in a heat wave!

Very conveniently located. Easy walk to the mini metro, which takes you to the main station. And a short (uphill) walk into the centre. Not staffed, but very responsive to texts. No issues with arrival and check-in. Looks like a hotel, operates more like an Airbnb. Lovely comfortable suite with fridge and free refreshments. Rooms are only cleaned if you stay 4 nights or longer. You can request for your room to be cleaned, however there will be an additional cost.

We stayed at Castello di Monterone for just one night. .. our wedding anniversary present to ourselves. The castle is as close to a vision of a fairytale with turrets and castellated roof terraces as you can get. We wandered through the hotel and out onto the roof to admire the wonderful views, inside we loved seeing gorgeous old furniture and suits of armour, found a little library area too. Cute snug style bar area with very nice wines on offer by the glass. The room we had overlooked the...

A beautiful hotel in the center, welcoming and helpful staff. Parking very far

Chiara and her family were exceptionally welcoming, helpful and friendly and I had a marvellous stay at this lovely, family run hotel that I would recommend to anyone.

The staff, particularly Gonzalo and Romina, were very helpful and friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. They couldn't have been more accommodating.

Nice clean, comfortable hotel right in the middle of Florence - 5 minutes from the Uffizi and 2 minutes from the Duomo. Ideal for exploring the city museums, bars and restaurants.

What a place ! Everything was fantastic! Sylvia goes above and beyond to make sure you have the most wonderful time. The accommodation is immaculate and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious .. different every morning and all home made ! Thank you again for our time with you x

Spotless, great room, good breakfast, would definitely stay again.

We stayed en route to the Amalfi Coast and could not fault the value for money offered. It is very clean and very friendly staff. Breakfast was a perfect start for a day of travelling. Easy parking and great views was a added bonus

Great value, lovely grounds, perfect location for exploring Perugia. Loved the spa and breakfast was plentiful!

We stayed at the Brufani Palace for 5 days. We could not fault the hotel in any way. The staff were always helpful and courteous, the room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was plentiful and the hotel is in an ideal location to explore the historic town of Perugia. The air conditioning was effective and very quiet, a bonus when the temperature averaged 37°C outside. The views from the room across Perugia and also from the terrace at the front of the hotel are amazing. There are so many...

Everything perfect!

Great and friendly staff, lovely clean room with tea making facilities, nice rooftop pool, good parking under the hotel, good breakfast, great location to access surrounding area such as Assisi. Bathroom lovely and clean, just a little ‘tired ‘ looking and in need of a little attention - all in all a great place to stay!

The property had a really relaxed vibe, most of the staff were really wonderful and helpful. the decor was fab, roof top pool was just what you needed to cool off all in all a really lovely stay and would defo return in the future and recommend to others. Need to note that this hotel is not in the old town but transportation is a 5-10 minute walk away, reasonably priced and no waiting times at all however it is down a hill so the walk back is up a hill!!! having said that i suffer with my legs...

Beautiful building in a stunning location with super friendly, helpful hosts. Would love to vist again in high season when the pool and restsurant are open as I am sure the restaurant would be fabulous.
