"Our experience during our third night at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The receptionist was incredibly disrespectful from the moment we arrived. Because our reservation was not immediately appearing in her system, she treated us as if we were lying instead of trying to help resolve the issue professionally. "Location was perfectly located adjacent to the interstate with ample, safe parking. Staff was very friendly and property both inside and out was professionally maintained. Coffee machine was very easy to operate and offer several different varieties of coffee and even hot chocolate at the push of the button. The only drawback was the breakfast. Not the best but not the worst. Overall the property is a 10 out of 10!"
