"Our air-conditioning went out 20 minutes after we arrived. The room was hot as could be when we entered.. the staff was called. They came in. They had to reboot the ac system. Then 20 minutes later, it went out. We asked for another room. We were told they were also sold out. We were told we get a fan. That was it nothing else. No discount no nothing. I hate this place."

"This was a hidden gem. Right on the Pacific Ocean at First Beach in La push with views from our cabin upstairs balcony. Fully stocked kitchen, living room dining upstairs and 1 bathroom and 2 separate bedrooms downstairs. Comfy queen beds and dressers to keep your clothes in. Centrally located to many attractions in the area. Easy access to the ocean. Helpful staff, any issues were dealt with promptly. You might want to stop in Forks for groceries prior to checking in . "Room was not ready for check in at 3pm but we were given a small refund as compensation for the hour delay. Once in the room, there were ants all over the kitchen te and spiders in the bathroom Including one inside the clean towels when we opened it up. While the towels were clean/washes some of the towels had old stains on them that could do not wash out - would probably be best to retire those rather than use them for guests. Rooms were dated and hot. No room darkening shade so it gets bright...

"Expedia has deceptive business practice, I clicked a book for tonight/today on the site, paid a lot, arrived at hotel and they did not have a room for that night but for the next day. I asked for a refund and was told by the clerk "you have to take that up with Expedia." Well Expedia website said no refund even though it was a mistake and found out within 2 hours of booking. This is poor business practice for an honest company but Expedia is counting on getting dishonest money. I for sure will...
