I self-parked in the garage amidst a bit of confusion and congestion with street construction happening right outside the front entrance of the hotel. Bad smell in hallway on 4th floor. Trash piled by elevator. Dirty carpet and bedding in my room. The chair was frayed and filthy. Bath tub was dirty.
