"Causa orario di arrivo del traghetto, abbiamo avvisato la struttura che non saremmo potuti arrivare prima delle 19:30, fine del normale orario previsto per il chek-in. Arrivati alla reception con c.a un'ora di ritardo, ci è stato richiesto il pagamento di una penale di 30 €, che, dopo la nostra richiesta ..."
