"The facility was clean and well kept. The staff was helpful and friendly. There was a strange smell coming from the carpet or ventilation in the hallways. Might need to check on this. The dog park area was totally bone dry. The grass was totally brown and mostly stickers and weeds. You are allowed normally to hand water daily for a short time and once nightly you can water on the sprinkler system. It would have been nice to have this maintained for your pet guests."

From General Manager to Chamber maids. The hotel is everything it’s presented to be. Comfy bed. Definitely will stay here again when we go to Austin, Tx. The shuttle was a great convenience. Thank you for making our trip that much better!
Robert, Madie, Mr. King, Italics, Erica and the other staff members are just terrific!"
