"The bed and the pillows were worn out junk. The TV didn't work. The shower / tub was stained and look nasty. I suggested that they would take a Mr Clean eraser and do something with the tub. I left and when I came back I expected to see new sheets and towels and that's not what I got. I had to ask ..."

"Room seemed ignored. Mold on shower area, spider webs in corners, no info in room on how to do anything (door dash, checkout, pool hours). Tv was jumping in and out of channels. Air conditioner unit made constant mechanical sounds, even when not on. Food particles and wrappers in bed area. Ew! Only ..."
