The only downside was that I have arrived at 6:30pm for check in and my room was not ready (check in time 4pm…) and they gave me a room with heater down (and they knew it was down put promissed to repair it on the same day, which never happened), so I was freezing from ...

The room looked like it had not been vacuumed at all, the shower was covered with long black hair and there was no body soap in the shower and no facial tissue to be found. We will not be staying with this company again!
