"We arrived at the property after they sent the code to the unit via a virtual chat. The code worked and the light turned green but it would not unlock the door. Three different people tried to help us and were calling people from the property. No help, we got a phone # from Expedia chat and got voicemail that said they seldom check messages and to text them, we did and waited . We were in the ghetto parking lot for 2 hours. "I really loved being able to park just steps from my door. Check in was very easy and simple. The room was adorable, a bit small but I was traveling by myself so it was fine. Bad weather and tornado sirens went off but i never lost electric and felt safe. The only thing I found uncomfortable was the shower head. Stream was very strong and stinging, with the smaller shower you couldn’t get away from it. But it was nice having hot water. Great stay!!"
