"Upon checking in, we were given our hotel keys to our room. We were not shown the direction of where our elevator was to our room. Also, we did not know that you needed your room key to operate the elevator to our level.
We were staying in your hotel because we were out of town attending a granddaughter’s graduation. Upon returning back to the hotel, the parking lot was full, and there was no place to park. There was a gated parking lot off the side that I saw someone else pull in and get their bags out and walk inside. That’s when we figured out that our room key could open that gate. Which it did. It really would’ve been a nice to know those extra features upon checking in so we didn’t waste half an hour driving around the parking lot looking for a spot to park in the morning.
We went into the café to grab a quick bite to eat before we headed up to our room. We waited one hour before our food got to our table. And then it wasn’t as we ordered. My wife has allergies to anything that’s spicy so we ordered it without the sauce that makes it spicy. But the aloha chicken burger that we ordered came dry, didn’t even have teriyaki on it. We had to ask our server to please bring us some mayonnaise and teriyaki sauce.
Upon checking out after what we’ve been through, we decided we weren’t going to have breakfast there so we just checked out and left"
