"The room was clean and the building is fairly new. It's close to restaurants and easy access to the freeway."

"Room wasnt kept nicely. Damaged furniture, bathroom dingey and old, missing soap. Exterior of hotel isn't great. Lobby is nicely re-done and nice continental breakfast."

"When we got to the hotel and got to our room it was not ready. Went to the front desk and the staff told us that the room was marked as clean. They did not have another none smoking king size room available, so we had to settle for a room with 2 full size beds. There was no parking at the hotel available so we had to park outside of the hotel. Other then that the staff was friendly and the second room we got was clean. "

"The walls between rooms are paper thin, I could hear what was going on in the next room. The garbage truck emptying dumpster at 5am very loud, doors slamming & tv would not work properly. I will not stay here again."

"Check-in was very quick since I did pre-check-in online. When the room either next door to us turns on the water in the bath, it sounds like an alarm in our room. There is brown stuff all over the floor behind the toilet. The vent in the bathroom ceiling has a broken cover so it's just a gaping moldy hole. The water pressure in the shower is excellent. The bed is very firm. The breakfast was good but would like black tea that isn't earl grey (English breakfast would be good) All surfaces needed to be cleaned. Giving us a bag of ice due to the ice machine not working was very nice. Staff was very nice. "

"Check in was terrible. Front desk staff rude. Room was not ready at check in. Staff left me standing around waiting to be checked in but never said to come back after room was ready. I overheard another lady try to check in with someone else and she actually told that guest sorry and offered the bar or food as an option while waiting. The lady helping me was typing like she was checking me in but after standing there for 10 minutes and me asking her if she was almost done with my information she got rude and said i can’t check you in until room is ready. She could have said that from the beginning. Very poor service "
