"We had guaranteed late arrival, but the system still canceled our reservation when we didn't check in at the appointed time, even though we called 3 times to confirm. When we arrived, we found we did not have a room, and the "only room available" was 3 times more in price!! When we got the manager involved, he was able to restore our reservation with the room we selected at the price we booked.
The room was nice and clean. However, there was no microwave, no hairdryer, no coffee pot and no lamps! There was also no place to hang your hand towels. The remote for the TV did not work properly and the TV kept losing internet connection - lots of freezing and buffering. The staff were very helpful and tried to get the TV working.
The breakfasts were nice, but they did not put out enough for the amount of people staying. If you got down there an hour after it started, there wasn't much left to choose from.
All in all, it was a good value for the price we paid."
