The staff were extremely friendly and spoke good English. Even the bell boy from the states! Great location next to the train station and Osaka Castle for sightseeing. The restaurant was great for both dinner and breakfast. I only had one night unfortunately. Would have loved to stay longer. There's also a small mall and shopping area linked to the hotel. Couldn't fault it.

It depends why you are in Osaka its pretty and there are two metros nearby, Osaka Castle is across the as is au big venue but to get to other places you spend time and it gets tiring. Food was ok, the bar on the roof was lovely and staff really helpful. It’s an expensive taxi to the airport. The shuttle only goes in the morning. There is nowhere to sit and relax if you have a late flight. Reception & concierge were very kind and refrigerated my food gifts.

Hotel is really good, clean and staff really helpful and I would say it was worth the money. There are a few little imperfections. I don’t think you should have to pay extra to use the gym and other facilities. Breakfast choice is great but I felt everything hot should have been hotter and everything cold colder. My last one is the coffee it is almost undrinkable just get a coffee machine. That being said the hotel is good and the staff make it so good.

The hotel is clean and beautiful. The location is fine. You can walk to the Osaka Castle. There is a train station nearby. Breakfast is great. Staff is very helpful.
