"Clean and perfect location. Staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great with a lot of options but staff were not as friendly as the front desk. Close to metro and bus stations only 10 min walking. Highly recommend staying there"

"Het hotel ligt in het centrum van Oslo en is prima met het OV bereikbaar. Een half uurtje met de trein vanaf het vliegveld en je staat in het centraal station, op 100 m van het hotel. De staf is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Voorafgaand aan ons vertrek richting Oslo werden we geïnformeerd dat er een staking was, waardoor het restaurant niet open was. "It is easy to locate from the airport via flybuss, get off at Hasle and a 10 minute walk. Breakfast lovely and lounge. Accessible to transport. Staff are good, only thing is a safe would have been great to put passports etc in."

Being a Vegan I asked if they had a good selection of food for the breakfast, I need not have asked, the breakfast spread was the best I have ever seen and we have been to a lot of hotels. That said they did ask me what I wanted (hash browns) and got me some anyway! You must get the breakfast included if you stay at this hotel - it is awesome! "Due to labor strike, lot of services were not available..outside the hotel was a lot of construction, which was unavoidable by hotel staff but diminished the experience of getting around..Terrace bar was very good and had great views of the city "

"Nice place but a bit on the tiny side. It would have been nice to at least have a mini fridge in the room to keep some breakfast things handy. Had problems with my electronic key and iPhone, problem was fixed by giving me a physical key fob. Hope they get this sorted before it happens to other guests with iPhones!"
