"Bed is uncomfortable Pubic hair and other hair from prior guest in sink and tub in bathroom upon arrival. Toilet didn't want to flush on first try... Water pressure in the shower horrible but water does get hot The door didn't lock when we arrived. We called and it was replaced within a couple hours of our call. Can hear neighbors through the walls. Unit is on the 2nd floor with 3 flights of stairs to go up."
