"As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed and given our room cards. When we got to our room, we loved how clean it was and had enough towels supplied. We also appreciated the microwave and refrigerator. The beds were very comfortable and you have a choice of soft or firm pillows. We definitely will be back!"

Loved our room with a stunning view of Parliament Hill. Enjoyed lunch on the terrace overlooking Parliament and the Rideau canal, and the coffee at the Cafe was excellent. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The location could not have been more perfect. I wish we could have stayed longer and can’t wait to go back again sometime."

"The hotel’s location was extremely central, easy walking distance to all of the attractions on Wellington and Elgin Streets (houses of Parliament, Supreme Court, National Arts Centre, etc.). The room was clean and beautiful and had a full kitchen, which saved us some money on meals. The parking was directly below the hotel and the elevators came very quickly. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Ottawa!"

"We loved the hotel, however upon our arrival we found it difficult to enter the parking garage. The fellow in the car, behind me, had to ask the staff to open the garage. I did speak to the front desk staff. They were very apologetic and explained that this was a security situation due to a number of homeless people in the surrounding area. Ottawa needs to clean up the city."
