The room was very clean and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. We finally enjoyed our stay. The only issue I had was once we got home. It took five days to get the pending money back into my account and I had to ring the hotel as they had overcharged me by £150 which if I hadn’t ...

Room was very nice. Staff was friendly and attentive. Only downside was the restaurant, which we tried to use but after 20" from being seated, no one ever showed up to serve us , even though we were one of only 2 occupied tables
