"Breakfast was good, and the staff preparing and cleaning for it were also good. I can't say that the reception staff that register customers were good. I was very disappointed with the reception staff. They refused to help me with a problem I encountered with my registration. They claimed that it was caused by Expedia but I don't think so. Did not use the parking facility so I can't say anything about that."
