The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. Great having room on the ground floor and plenty of space for him to manoeuvre including at breakfast time. Staff gave 11O% offering help by bringing items to our table at breakfast as I was helping my son. Disabled parking right next to the entrance. Perfect quiet location just a short drive from Oxford centre. Will definitely return and thanks to an amazing team who are so attentive and friendly."
