"The bathroom situation was ridiculous. There is zero privacy in the bathroom. No ceiling fan. It’s a sliding style door the has a gap all the way around it. Terrible planning. If this wasn’t a problem it would have been a perfect hotel stay. Oh. And you could definitely use at least one more waffle iron. Waiting for three minutes for someone to make a waffle is totally fine. But when there’s ten people in front of you…not so good."

"Worst smelling room ever! Smelled like dirty feet. The smell seemed to be coming from the A/C. Febreeze didn’t even help! We stayed because I had my 80 yr old mom with me and she needed to get to bed due to health issues and couldn’t go one more minute. When I complained to the front desk, she didn’t really seem to care. The fire alarm was triggered in the middle of the night because someone was being stupid but that was not the fault of the management. They handled the situation calmly and...

"We were originally in a room that was not a suite and had a full size bed instead of a queen. They were able to move us to another room for the second night. The showers in both rooms had low pressure. There was no drain plug in the sink. The staff was polite and accommodating. The bed was comfortable. Location is close to everything you need. Nice to be between Fayetteville and Rogers. "

"There was roaches and fleas. The cleaning was horrible there was hair on the toilet with dry pee. Hair in the shower and what looked like mold in the fridge and cabinets. I was shocked and very disappointed. The staff was rude and unprofessional when I tried to bring it to their attention. Never again will I be back."
