"Good location, a bus stop just a few minutes away and most importantly quiet. The only downfall would be the lack of maintenance in the room itself, the mirror light in the bathroom was cracked a didn’t work, the bathroom fan wasn’t working and generally the room lacked a good refresh. "It was a last minute booking due to our original hotel cancelling the evening before the Coldplay concert. It was adequate, clean and comfortable however extremely overpriced and clearly the hotel was taking advantage of people visiting for the concert. I looked and tonight the evening after the same hotel room is 185 cheaper. "

"We stayed at Villa Farm for just one night as we were travelling south and were lucky enough to get the last room. It was perfect for us as we had bought some crab in Whitby and just wanted an evening "at home"- the room at Villa Farm Cottage included a spacious living area and breakfast table and sofa as well as a spacious bedroom and bathroom so it had everything we needed. I think there were pubs and other places to eat in local villages. Petra was very kind and helped us with all our needs....

"Got jnto the room. Tv didnt work bathroom lights flickering all night the shower curtin looked like it had been dipped in excrement he mugs had fluff in. The kettle had white bits in it.
