When I booked a car and the driver was delayed, the staff quickly ordered another one through their phone and guided the driver exactly where to go. "We stayed there for Eight days. It was great experience with old world charm and modern amenities. Rooms were very clean; Staff was very friendly and polite. Specially the "Verandah" staff was very attentive, and Breakfast and dinner was great with ever changing menus. It is unfair to mention few names as a complement because it is injustice done for others who served us with great care and friendliness. As a whole our stay was memorable.
