"Cannot recommend this place enough. Went as a solo traveller and felt so safe and looked after there. Room is cleaned daily and is spotless. Pool area also spotless. Lots of great options for breakfast. Staff are really friendly. Have already recommended to others and would stay again when in the area! "

"We stayed 4 nights. We did not have any toiletries in our room until the last night we were there. Our room felt like it was actually cleaned. The resort has potential to be a really great resort. Management of it really lacks. We had one outside light out of a possible 3. Lights burnt out inside the room. It could use proper management."

"To call this hotel a 4 star hotel is a disgrace to actual 4 star hotels; it is maybe 3 stars in its best days, more realistically 2 stars. The amenities themselves are dated, and there is no dependable electric. I had to have the maintenance team come to my room 3+ times to reset the electric for the AC, water heater, etc, before finally just giving up and surrendering to the heat. "Uzuri Villa est une maison rare et extraordinaire sur Jambiani. Beaucoup de charme, l’accueil est fait par la chicissime Elga, une jolie italienne amoureuse de Zanzibar. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la nourriture est simple et délicieuse. Un vrai bonheur! La piscine est aussi fabuleuse à pratiquer lorsque la marée est basse . Et pour finir , le personnel fait tout pour nous combler . La situation de Uzuri au bord de la plage permet de suivre toutes les activités des pecheurs , ramasseurs...
