"Skip this one. My bathroom was across a hall and I had to unlock and lock every time I used it. Horrible pillows. Other than that, it is smack in the middle of downtown with several dining options and mini markets. Also property owner is hard to get a hold of."

"Wonderful stay and very helpful host for a short stay in Palermo. Great location as well."

"Bella struttura, ben rifinita.

"Location was perfect. Walkable to many sites. Staff was very helpful, carried my luggage up steps. Great, affordable option. I recommend staying here."

"Good hotel with an impressive rooftop view and lovely room. Gym was not available when we arrived in the evening and in the morning at 8.00 I was told it is closed because guests are still sleeping. Super disappointed that I couldn’t use the gym and staff were not helpful in making any arrangements. Opening times are not available online nor on the gym door so I found myself twice in front of a locked door ready to workout."

Preis/...

"Top hotel in the city"

"Getting to the hotel is a bit challenging because you’re told you’re not allowed to drive on Via Vittorio Emanuele. The hotel can do a better job of letting guests know that a driver can carefully drive on the Via carefully and slowly and if stopped by police to show the hotel confirmation email and you won’t be ticketed. The hotel is a beautiful old palace that needs to be updated, but the staff is lovely. We are extremely grateful for Giovanni’s help when we were lost trying to get to the...
