"Hotel is undergoing remodeling on top floor but the floor we stayed in was in need of remodeling as well. Wall paper peeling off. A hole in the wall. Restroom was clean and remodeled."

"Hotel is beautiful, staff is great….only negatives: Water pressure…not great Phones - called the front desk and housekeeping for extra towels…phone rang for literally 8-9 mins…not sure what happened but I found a housekeeper to get us towels. Location is great"

"First off the bed was soo uncomfortable that it took us 15 minutes to be able to do anything. Second off this is a big deal the pool had no chemicals in it and the hot tub which we wanted to use was broken and cold. The staff called maintenance on Saturday while the pool was closed and when we checked out Sunday morning they had the pool closed and while they added chemicals in the pool. Also outside shower didn’t work which it should. The room not cleaned very well I could see dirty and hair from the last guests who used the room"
